Famous UK loudspeakers now available. The Wharfedale name is synonymous with audiophile quality loudspeakers and exquisite attention to detail. Since it’s inception in 1981 the Diamond series of loudspeakers have garnered rave reviews. Renowned for outstanding performance the Diamond series speakers offer stunning home theatre and hifi listening. The ‘Diamond 9’ series delivers a level of performance usually reserved for much more expensive speakers. All drivers in this series are tonally matched and utilise the same components throughout the range. Each cabinet utilises a low resonance curved & braced design. This design provides transparent and dynamic sound, generating less standing waves, leaving only clean, punchy bass. Each speaker is magnetically shielded and can be safely used near a CRT screen. To improve ‘off axis’ performance, all models enjoy a very large “sweetspot” resulting in a wide listening area.
