Overview
The DCS-56P is an outdoor enclosure designed for use with D-Link box cameras (DCS-3112, DCS-3716). The enclosure has heater and blower for wider range if supported temperatures, it is weather proof IP66-certified. The DCS-56P supports PoE that can also be used to power the camera.

Description
The DCS-56P Outdoor Enclosure is designed for use with D-Link box cameras such as DCS-3112, DCS-3716. This IP66-certified enclosure allows to mount a surveillance camera outdoors and protects it against elements. The DCS-56P includes a heater and a blower for a wider range of supported temperatures. PoE (802.3at) support allows to power the heater/blower and also the camera.
Weather-proof Operation
Designed to be mounted outdoors, the DCS-56 Series Outdoor Enclosure protects your D-Link cameras from the vigour of adverse weather conditions including dust and heavy jets of water. The DCS-56 Series is IP66-certified, meaning it meets highly rigorous standards for providing complete protection.
Onboard Heater and Blower
The DCS-56 Series Outdoor Enclosure also has an onboard heater and blower that enable the enclosed camera to function in a wide range of temperatures in both hot and cold environments. The heater automatically turns on when the temperature drops below a certain point, and the blower automatically turns on when the temperature rises above a certain point.
Power Over Ethernet
The DCS-56P supports 802.3at (PoE+) which allows easier deployment. Only a single cable is required to power both the enclosure and the camera and to deliver the data.
