This interface unit is controlled by a closing set of contacts which connects and transmits the tones from the A 2075A alert/evacuation controller, through the A 2083 or A 2085.
When activated the tones are transmitted on an all-call basis on input 1 of the A 2083/85, muting
inputs 2-4. Mic 1 will override the alert/evac tones.
