The Redback C 8870C UHF radio microphone system uses the latest PLL synthesised technology, ensuring a consistent and clear microphone signal with minimal dropout and noise interference. Surface mount technology and miniaturised RF components are used for maximum reliability and performance. Each system is pre-programmed with 16 UHF channels, allowing the user to select non-interfering frequencies in a multi system environment. An on board microchip monitors the signal strength received by both antennas, and automatically processes the best quality signal. It includes a noise reduction system which automatically compensates for high level sound inputs thus avoiding distortion. An operating range of up to 70m is possible in ideal conditions. Hand held, lavalier microphone and headband microphone transmitters are available for use with the receiver. Power and the active channel (A or B) and RF level LED indication are provided on the front of the unit. Supplied with a 12V DC power supply.
